A 14-week interactive group where athletes meet weekly on Zoom to go through a structured curriculum. Led by a certified facilitator, story groups help you understand your story, share experiences, and grow alongside others.

Every athlete wants to feel grounded, confident, and connected, not just in competition, but in everyday life. But getting there requires more than discipline or another training cycle. It takes clarity about your story and practical tools to regulate your mind and body.
The truth is, many athletes are carrying pressure, old patterns, and internal stress that no amount of hard work can fix. You might feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like nothing you do is ever enough. I understand what that feels like. I’ve lived through seasons of extreme anxiety, instability, and the disappointment of looking to sport for security only to feel let down.
I know what it’s like to depend on performance to feel okay, and to still feel lost when the game is over. Over the years, I’ve combined my background in strength and conditioning, nutrition, and trauma-informed coaching to develop a process that helps athletes build stability from the inside out.
