About Your Coach
Conner has been an athlete his entire life, competing across multiple sports, running track and playing basketball at the collegiate level, and later pursuing competitive CrossFit. Like many athletes, he learned early to rely on performance for stability and identity, often pushing through anxiety and pressure without the tools to address what was happening underneath.
His work is shaped by both lived experience and formal training, allowing him to bridge performance coaching with psychology, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed care.
Over the last decade, Conner has coached more than 500 clients and has become a trusted guide for athletes.
